Out of Stock / Back Order:

In the event an item you ordered is out of stock or on back order, you’ll be promptly notified.  You’ll have the option to wait wait until the item becomes available or opt for an immediate refund.

Returns:

Customer service is our top priority!  If there’s an issue with your order, simply contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item to obtain a return merchandise authorization code. You may return the item within 7 days of receiving the item for an exchange or refund.  Returns will not be accepted and we will not be responsible for items sent back without a return authorization code.  

If there are mistakes with your order, parts are missing, or your item(s) arrive defective or damaged at the time of receipt, please contact us as soon as possible.  Please read the following for more details:

Incorrect Item Received: If for any reason the wrong item is received from our warehouse, please contact us immediately.  We will work diligently to resolve the matter. 

Damaged Items: If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.  A new item will be shipped out immediately.  You will need to hold onto the damaged item for 7 business days in case the shipping company chooses to pick up the item.  We must be contacted regarding shipping damages within 7 business days from the day the order was shipped.

Defective/Missing Parts: If you receive a defective item or an item missing parts, we will diligently work with our partnered manufacturers to get the problem solved.  If a specific manufacturer is not able to provide the missing part, a new item will be reshipped at no charge.  We will need specific details regarding the defect in addition to pictures, if possible.  You will need to hold on to the item for 7-10 business days in case the vendor requests the item back.  

Non-defective Items:  If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased for any reason other than the reasons stated above, the customer will be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be incurred as long as it is in resalable condition.  This will be decided by the manufacturer of the item.  We will issue a refund minus the restocking fee and cost of shipping the item to you.  All products being returned must be in their original condition and packaging.  Any product that appears to be used or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Please be sure to contact us for the correct return address before sending any purchase back as some items may require an alternate shipping address.
